Shard London Bridge construction in January 2012. Also known as The Shard, the Shard of Glass, London Bridge Tower and 32 London Bridge. The skyscraper situated in Southwark, London will be the tallest building in the European Union. Clad entirely in glass, the completed Shard will contain offices, a hotel, luxury accommodation, retail, restaurants and a viewing gallery. Estimated completion is in mid 2012.
